Naprotek is Hiring a Stockroom Clerk Near San Jose, CA
To ensure Material movement and associated transactions inside and outside Naprotek, Inc. is handled and documented within established standards of company’s policies and procedures. Must be flexible to support a small company’s goals and may have other duties as assigned by the manager.
Duties and responsibilities
- Receives incoming raw materials (consignment and turnkey) and ensures all paperwork is accounted for and transacted promptly and properly to ensure the system is 100% accurate and current and up to date.
- Coordinates material transfers to and from the main stockroom; work in process (wip) and finished product as required to meet production schedules and Customer requests.
- Releases Kits to the production area
- Runs month end reports and executes kit close transactions supporting operations and finance
- Materials Management, Shipping, Receiving Stockroom and Inventory Control experience required.
- Experience in Contract Manufacturing
- Experience in working in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office, math skills, and data analysis able to develop presentations for management
- Must read, write, understand English and comprehend both verbal and written instructions.
